Poster Submission

INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER SUBMISSION

All posters will be available both online (in the moodle of the conference) and physically at the conference venue. If you are attending the Conference in person, please bring your printed poster with you. If you are participating online, we will print and hang it in the Poster room.

We require to submit all the posters in electronic format. In addition to the pdf document of the poster, you may provide a short video presentation. If you want to apply for the Poster Prize (see below), this video is mandatory.

Steps to follow:

1. Prepare your poster files, according to:

    Poster format (required): A0 PORTRAIT, pdf file.

    Video format (optional, required if applying for Prize): mp4, 3 minutes maximum.

2. Place your documents in a repository (e. g. google drive), from which we can access them.

3. Fill in the form

There, you have to indicate the link to the repository you have placed your documents in.

To facilitate the organization, please submit your poster as soon as possible, preferably by May 1.

The deadline for electronic submission is May 8.

POSTER PRIZES:

We offer a QENS Poster Prize and a WINS Poster Prize, worth 300€ each. Applicants have to be PhD Students, Postdocs or Early Career scientists with age ≤ 35 years. If you apply for the Prize, please check in the corresponding box of the form. In this case, the video presenting your poster is mandatory. The evaluation criteria will include the design and structured content of the poster and its scientific quality. The names of the Poster Prizes’ Winners will be announced in the Conference Diner.
